Hello everyone,

I am absolutely delighted to be joining Eaton International School as your new Head of School and Head of Secondary.

From my very first conversations with the leadership team, it was clear that Eaton is much more than a school. It is a community built on respect, kindness, ambition and strong family values. Those values immediately resonated with us because they reflect the way we choose to live our own lives.

Throughout my career, I have always believed that education is about far more than academic achievement. The strongest schools are those where every child feels known, every family feels welcomed, and every member of staff works together with a shared purpose. I firmly believe that while academic learning is important, children never forget how a school makes them feel because it is teachers who create the moments, relationships and experiences that stay with them for a lifetime. Creating a community where every child feels safe, valued, inspired and truly feels that they belong is something I care deeply about. When those relationships are strong, children flourish not only academically, but socially, emotionally and as young people preparing for life beyond school.

As a family, we are excited not just to join the school, but to become part of the wider Eaton community. Building lasting, meaningful relationships with students, parents and colleagues is incredibly important to me. I believe the strongest schools are those where home and school work in genuine partnership, united by a shared commitment to helping every child thrive. I look forward to listening, learning, getting to know you all, and contributing to a culture where everyone feels connected, supported and proud to belong.
