Ms Fozia Yamin is an accomplished Head of English with over 10 years of teaching and leadership experience across the UK, Malaysia. She joins us from SRI KDU International school where she has served as Head of English for the past two years. In this role, she led curriculum planning and supported strong teaching and learning outcomes.
Her teaching approach is guided by high expectations and inclusive practice, ensuring every child feels supported and challenged. She believes that strong relationships and expert teaching are key to student success. She also encourages learners to think independently, build resilience, and find inspiration in literature.

Ms Lisa is an experienced and dedicated educator with over 8 years of teaching experience in Malaysia, complemented by previous teaching roles in the United Kingdom and India. She is an innovative and inspiring educator who creates an exciting and nurturing learning environment, ensuring every student is guided to reach their potential, as well as their dreams and aspirations. These qualities will certainly be an asset to the Eaton community.
Alongside her teaching career, she has engaged in many charity schemes, including teaching children in rural Nepal.

She is passionate about helping students grow into confident, thoughtful communicators, while also nurturing a genuine love for literature and language. She believes every student can succeed when challenged appropriately and supported with care in their learning journey.

Mr. Mathew who has a strong foundation in Mathematics education and a passion for inspiring students will be joining Eaton this April to lead the Mathematics Department.
Throughout his 7-year teaching career in the UK, he has consistently strived to create engaging and supportive learning environments that accommodate diverse abilities and learning styles.
A key to his success has been the ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts and foster a love for the subject which has led to significant improvements in student performance and confidence.

Ms Christie Ryan is an experienced Head of Science with over 12 years of international teaching and leadership experience across South Africa, the UAE, and Europe. Prior to joining Eaton, she served as Head of Science at Internationella Engelska Skolan Årsta in Sweden, where she led curriculum development and maintained high academic standards.
In her leadership roles, she has worked closely with parents to ensure that student progress, wellbeing, and achievement remain at the centre of her approach. She is committed to fostering a culture of high expectations while supporting both academic success and student confidence.

In her previous role, she helped strengthen enquiry-based learning, raised academic standards, and created a smoother progression between the Primary and Secondary phases. She is committed to supporting both the academic and personal development of her students.
