Hello everyone,

I am absolutely delighted to be joining Eaton International School as your new Head of School and Head of Secondary.

I am committed to providing students with a first-class education that prepares them for success both within and beyond the classroom. I believe that outstanding schools take a holistic approach to education, combining academic excellence with strong pastoral care, enrichment opportunities and a network of support that ensures every child is known, valued and encouraged to thrive. I am passionate about creating environments where students develop the knowledge, skills, character and confidence they need for life beyond school.

As a leader, I value honesty, teamwork and continuous improvement. I am known for my calm and collaborative approach, and I work closely with staff to develop leadership at all levels, strengthen classroom practice and build a culture of high expectations, strong relationships and shared responsibility. I strongly believe that when schools invest in both people and systems, students are best placed to achieve their full potential and make a positive contribution to their communities.

I am very much looking forward to working with all stakeholders at Eaton International School. I love living in Malaysia and am delighted to be joined here by my wife and our two teenage children.
