Ms Shaugnah brings 13 years of experience working in classrooms, most of which has been spent in London, UK. While she has always worked closely with students in educational settings, she has been a classroom teacher for the past 5 years, teaching across Key Stage 1 and 2. Alongside this, she has remained deeply involved in the creative arts, with a particular passion for music.
Ms Shaugnah creates a warm, supportive learning environment while maintaining clear expectations and high standards. She encourages her students to be independent, kind, and confident individuals who strive to be their best.

Ms Alice is an experienced educator with a background in international teaching across Korea, the UK, and China. Ms. Lucie is a dedicated Primary Teacher with over five years of experience across Key Stages 1 and 2. She joins us from Rishworth School in UK, where she was a homeroom teacher and Head of Science. In this role, she adapted her teaching to meet the needs of all learners, ensuring they could fully engage in lessons and make steady progress.
She is passionate about creating engaging and inclusive classroom where all students feel supported and motivated to achieve their full potential.

Nicholas Casey-Mitchell

Mr Nic takes pride in establishing good rapport with his students within his classroom to develop empathy, encouragement and to celebrate each other’s learning journeys. Mr Nic joins the primary team having taught in Malaysia for the past 5 years and previously taught in schools around Asia including Thailand, Myanmar and China.
He has a keen interest in sport developing lifelong participation through friendly competition and opportunities to try new activities. Mr Nic is experienced in setting up and delivering inter-house activities for all levels to try out team games.

Cody Grierson

Mr Cody is an experienced international educator from Canada, excited to be joining the Eaton team. With over eight years of teaching experience across Russia and China, he has worked with students from diverse backgrounds across Key Stages 1 to 3. His roles have included both homeroom and specialist teaching, with a strong foundation in delivering the Cambridge curriculum.
Mr Cody brings a student-centered, engaging, and inclusive teaching approach to the classroom. His lessons are designed to foster critical thinking, collaboration, and curiosity. With a background in curriculum development and a talent for building positive classroom environments, Mr Cody is committed to helping students thrive academically and personally.

She has been working in an international school in Malaysia for 6 years where she has led the community with empathy, insight and transparency. As an educator, Ms Aneira takes the time to understand student’s strengths, offering support, encouragement and challenges to help them grow. Her classroom is a place of structure, positivity and motivation where every child feels seen, heard and valued.
