Mr Chris has been a part of the pioneer team at Eaton since the school’s inception in 2013. He has led the Admissions team while overseeing marketing strategies and recruitment plans for over a decade. Mr Chris has also been actively advising the school’s student body – the Student Representative Council (SRC) as well as various sports ECAs. In recent years, he has also been supporting the school’s academic operations as Deputy Principal.
As Executive Director, he was heading the advance team for the new Eaton campus in Shah Alam and now as the new CEO, he will lead Eaton’s operations across both campuses.

Mr Russell will be the Head of School at Eaton Shah Alam campus this September. Bringing extensive experience in educational leadership and teaching across the UK, Europe, and Asia, he has been a valued member of the Eaton community since joining Eaton in 2024. With experience in Malaysian education since 2018, he has developed a strong understanding of the cultural context and expectations of both international and Malaysian educational settings.
In his role as Head of School, he is committed to providing strategic leadership, supporting high-quality teaching and learning, and fostering a positive and inclusive school environment where every student is recognised as an individual. He believes in meeting the personalised needs of students and empowering them to achieve their full potential through a holistic and forward-thinking approach to education.

Ms Aneira is a passionate, caring and open-minded educator with over 17 years’ experience across five countries. She has been working in an international school in Malaysia for 6 years where she has led the community with empathy, insight and transparency. As an educator, Ms Aneira takes the time to understand student’s strengths, offering support, encouragement and challenges to help them grow. Her classroom is a place of structure, positivity and motivation where every child feels seen, heard and valued.
