She is an active squash player and swimmer who has travelled extensively, visiting over 100 countries. Ms. Rachel brings her enthusiasm and energy into her teaching to promote a love of English language learning.

Ms. Catherine Wilson is a highly experienced secondary teacher who has taught English in South Africa and Malaysia. As well as English, Ms. Catherine also has experience in teaching creative subjects such as drama, art, and photography, and has pastoral experience from being a Head of House.

Mr. Matthew Oosthuizen is a motivated and passionate secondary teacher who has taught in South Africa and Malaysia. As well as being an English teacher, Mr. Matthew also has experience in teaching sports and fitness, and is practiced in helping students find their self motivation.

As well as teaching students about Maths, Julius hopes to provide a stimulating and interesting environment and develop future leaders with a passion for life long learning.

Mr. Thomas has a Postgraduate Certificate in Education specialising in Secondary Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science in Acoustics and Music from the University of Southampton, UK. Prior to joining Eaton in 2016, he has taught Mathematics for four years in the United Kingdom. In 2018, he became Head of Pastoral and in 2020, he moved up to the position of Assistant Head of Secondary.

Throughout his career, Nathan has been highly involved in supporting extra-curricular activities and educational visits. Highlights of his experience include leading Duke of Edinburgh Award training and annual watersports trips to France.

Science has always been of great interest to Sean. After completing two science degrees, Sean wanted to share his passion for science with others, leading to his PGCE at Newcastle University.
Before joining Eaton as a chemistry teacher, Sean worked for several years at one of the UK’s leading grammar schools. Following this, he worked for an international school in Malaysia.

Mr. Francis has a Postgraduate Certificate in Physics and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Brunel University, UK. He has five years experience as a qualified Secondary Science teacher working both in the UK and in an international school in Abu Dhabi prior to joining Eaton in 2014. He was the Head of Science before becoming Deputy Head of Secondary in 2020.

He also has experience in coordinating extracurricular activities and is motivated in promoting students’ holistic development.

Syuhada has been teaching PE and sports at an international school in Malaysia for the last six years. A lover of all things sporting and physical, Syuhada has been involved in coaching young people in sports as varied as netball, table tennis, swimming and martial arts to name just a few.
At Eaton, Syuhada looks forward to organising a number of sports events such as the swimming gala and athletic events. She will also be involved in supporting our Duke of Edinburgh International Award.

A love for Chinese language has led Tan Mee Fei on a journey across Asia. She joins Eaton from Shanghai, having first taught in Singapore and schools in Malaysia. Mee Fei first came to Malaysia in 2012 and she is now glad to be at Eaton, where her passion for Mandarin can be shared with the students.
As well as teaching, Mee Fei has been involved in organising large events such as the Shanghai International TV & Film Festival.
