Mr Christopher Teo has been a part of the pioneering team at Eaton since the school’s inception in 2013. He started out as Head of Admissions overseeing marketing strategies and recruitment plans for the school in addition to advising the student representative council. In recent years, he has also been supporting the school’s academic operations as Deputy Principal.
In 2022, he was appointed Executive Director to lead the advance team for the setting up of the new Eaton campus in Shah Alam and in 2024, he assumed the position of Group CEO to oversee the operations of both schools and to spearhead next phase of growth for Eaton Schools.

Mr. Smith brought a wealth of experience in leadership and teaching internationally across the UK, Europe and Asia to Eaton when he joined the school in Kajang 2 years ago.
He has taught in Malaysia since 2018 developing a strong understanding of the culture and expectations of both international and Malaysian educational values as well as a 21st century learning approach to achieve them.
It is his teaching philosophy that all students should be seen as the individual that they are and their personalised needs met to help achieve a common goal.

Ms Robynne joined Eaton two years ago, bringing with her 13 years of teaching experience, including 11 years teaching internationally in Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia and currently Malaysia. She has experience across both Primary and Secondary education and has taught Mathematics, English and Science across a range of year levels.
Within a short span of time at Eaton, Ms Robynne progressed from classroom teacher to Deputy Head of Primary and will assume the position of Head of Primary in September, reflecting her strong leadership, commitment to student wellbeing and passion for education.
Originally from South Africa, Ms Robynne values cultural diversity and believes in creating an inclusive, supportive and engaging learning environment where all students are encouraged to grow in confidence, independence and academic success.

Ryan is a dedicated, supportive and enthusiastic teacher, who prides himself on encouraging students to be active and independent thinkers. Ryan joins the Primary team from the UK, having taught in a number of Primary schools over the past four years.
He has a passion for sports and believes in the value these experiences can add to a student school experience. He is experienced in developing and leading extracurricular activities and running a variety of sports teams.

This will be Ms Brigitte’s third year at Eaton. She brings with her a wealth of experience as a teacher and as a department leader, as well as coordinating Humanities subjects throughout wider regions in South Africa.
She has been promoted to be Deputy Head of Secondary in the new academic year. A dedicated team-player, she aims to bring the best out of her students and colleagues alike, ensuring their output is always of the highest standard.

Mr. David is an experienced and dedicated educator with over 13 years of teaching and leadership experience in UK primary education. Throughout his career, he has taught across all primary age groups while maintaining high standards in both classroom practice and educational leadership.
Since 2018, he has served as an Assistant Headteacher and Class Teacher, supporting student achievement, curriculum development, and whole-school improvement. Prior to this, he held middle leadership roles including Eco Schools Leader, Key Stage 2 Leader, and Maths Leader.
Mr. David’s teaching approach is rooted in high expectations, structured learning, and inclusive practice that supports strong pupil progress.

She enjoys swimming, adventure activities, reading and travelling. She values cultural diversity and understands the importance of immersion in different cultures.

Ms Aneira is a passionate, caring and open-minded educator with over 17 years’ experience across five countries. She has been working in an international school in Malaysia for 6 years where she has led the community with empathy, insight and transparency. As an educator, Ms Aneira takes the time to understand student’s strengths, offering support, encouragement and challenges to help them grow. Her classroom is a place of structure, positivity and motivation where every child feels seen, heard and valued.
